Jaguars Lil Digger - 2018 AQHA gelding

Jaguars Lil Digger is a lovely five year old grey AQHA Gelding. He has a nice color with loads of dun factor that makes him stand out. A good dorsal strip and tiger barring on his legs sure makes him unique.

Digger is enrolled in our Ultimate Trail Horse Program. I am very pleased with his ability to think about what I am asking for and calmly do it. He has been a quick study on so many things.

Very proficient and comfortable on trails in a group or solo, He does not rush or feel the need to “tailgate” the horse in front. He will lead or follow with no worries. Digger crosses mud and water, handles rough terrain and goes where you ask with no hesitation. Digger has done all of our obstacles and was the first of the group to do figure out the balance beam and also the first to pick me up at the mounting block at liberty. He is curious and likes to see new challenges. This boy really enjoys mentally engaging work and enjoy being told he did it right.

Digger is working now in the arena and has a smooth jog and canter. He wants to carry a lower frame and will be idea for the Ranch Horse classes. He is more of a push horse, one that does not go fast unless asked. Can do a nice, slow jog and is easy to sit at the lope. I find him very athletic and able, while not being hot or excitable. He is easy on the bit, will sidepass, move the hip and his shoulders. Is working on more advanced arena training to polish his skills.
